A wonderful turnaround (the second one)

I did some inquiry about the energy/health issues I am having. I had a

major crisis/healing on friday. A long story, but here is the inquiry.

My heart could burst from this energy and kill me?

Is is true?

I dont know

The reality is that I had the worst experience ever, and I am still

alive! Even though it terrified me.

How do I react?

I get terrified, I panic, I feel hysterical, I think my body will

explode from the overwhelming energy. I feel completely out of control.

Without the thought, I would be peaceful, calm. I would be aware of

sensations, but they would not bother me. It would have nothing to do

with me, only my body.

turnaround: My heart cannot burst from this energy. True, it was the

worst its ever been, and I am still here, weak and shaky, but here.

My heart could heal from this energy. Through inquiry I will discover

my fearless self, and love could blossom as a result.
