Guest guest
This article on about.com has a good description of what TSI means:http://thyroid.about.com/od/gettestedanddiagnosed/a/bloodtests.htm What do your other thyroid labs look like? You say they are " normal " , but what tests have been run. You can have high levels if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (in which case your levels might have been in-range when they did the labs as you can swing from hypo to hyper and in-between). High levels can be reflective of Graves', but you need to review it in the context of other labs. ISTM you need a doctor that is more concerned/knowlegdable. B. Ok.. If any of you know what TSI is and have delt with it please help me out here.. I have all normal thyroid labs but TSI of 92%. I have seen 2 Endos here and my regular Dr that are not concerned.. I don't know where to go from here.
Guest guest
As of yesterday my TSH is 1.29 range .40-4.50 Free t 3 is 3.0 range 2.3-4.2 Free t4 is 1.1 range is 0.8-1.8 and T3 uptake is 32 range is 22-35. On Dec 1 my levels were about the same except my TSI is at 92%. Just can't get a dr that knows anything about it.. I heard that your not supposed to have any TSI but the Endo's say that is not true because mine is below 140% which is considered positive. > > > ** > > > > > > Ok..
