Guest guest
Barbara, I am right there with you in the sleep issue. I have such erratic hours for sleep and I can toss and turn, be awake off and on all night and sometimes have such VIVID dreams that I can remember them for hours after waking. I twitch and jerk at times and there are many times that I feel as if I haven't slept at all when I wake up. I hope you get some rest soon. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
I sat up in bed last week, woke up my husband and chewed him out about something - him not being supportive and considerate and he deserved what he got - then laid back down and went to sleep and didn't remember a thing in the morning when he asked me about it. Really bad nightmares when he wakes me up when I'm screaming and crying in my sleep; kicking and feeling like I'm falling through the air and he wakes me up and I'm in bed with all the covers pulled around me..... I could go on. Lynn FREAKY SLEEP!!!! As I whined in my previous posting, I have been sooo TIRED. Yesterday, I went to bed as soon as my husband came home. I woke up to eat, at about midnight, which I have no memory of, but they said that I did. I woke up this morning, and could not figure out what day it was, where Bruce was, (at work) and why I was upside right in the bed. (I sleep upside down to prevent painful night time jabs) Why was the sun up when it was night time? HELLO??? It was really SCARY> I have such horrible sleep issues? Do other people have freaky sleep, horrible dreams, and sleep for hours that leaves you more tired than when you went to sleep? Sleeping pills that don't help, pain meds that give you nightmares? There is no respite for me, awake, or asleep. Barbara
