Guest guest Posted April 28, 2007 Report Share Posted April 28, 2007 This is a little 'off' the general trend of this post but I have been happy to find that as I gradually improve cleanliness of my environment, cutting down on dust and allergens - alot of hard work, my " stress " level is coming down and I feel calmer and occassionally fall asleep without my medicine and sleep for 4 hours, which is about all I sleep sometime WITH medicine so it is a real motivator for getting rid of ALL sources of allergens for me...house is REALLY getting cleans. I treat dust bunnies like they are little monsters...striving for 'white glove clean' and it is paying off. Temporary apartment I was not doing well in is starting to work out fine for me, feeling <much> better after <<thoroughly>> cleaning it with *help*, closing gaps in pipe holes, etc, where air from rest of building could be coming in. Could be my stress is due to allergens.
