,

It has been so hot in Michigan. I have been craving ice cream too. So

I forze some diet pop in a baggie.....that was pretty yummy....better than

nothing and no carbs or sugar.

It could just be that you *need* some ice cream.. :)

I've had good luck with sugar-free (aspartame) Klondike Bars.. both for

the ice cream, and the chocolate. Doesn't hurt my bg much at all.

There's also lots of other sugar free ice cream out there.

Merry,

I haven't been up there when it's hot and humid but I'm from Al and I hear

our humidity is different from ya'lls. I'll ask my husband what he thinks

Hi

I live in newfoundland and I have looked for sugar free ice cream everyway and

can't seem to find any. I eat sugar free popsicles and sometimes I indulge in a

little bit of vanilla ice cream. I don't find it raises my bg levels too high at

all But when I have it I like to make it last. It tastes soooooooooooooo good.

And here I've been feeling sorry for all you folks on the east coast/south

coast with your early heat wave...I don't do summers well. Here in Oregon

it's been 55-60 for the last few weeks -- and I hope it keeps up. I hate hot

weather! Vicki
