Guest guest
, It has been so hot in Michigan. I have been craving ice cream too. So I forze some diet pop in a baggie.....that was pretty yummy....better than nothing and no carbs or sugar. Merry

I've had good luck with sugar-free (aspartame) Klondike Bars.. both for the ice cream, and the chocolate. Doesn't hurt my bg much at all. There's also lots of other sugar free ice cream out there. -- Dave -- June 10, 1999 t2 08/98 Glucophage & Aspartame Davor's daily aphorism: My hat covers my head... Guest guest
Hi I live in newfoundland and I have looked for sugar free ice cream everyway and can't seem to find any. I eat sugar free popsicles and sometimes I indulge in a little bit of vanilla ice cream. I don't find it raises my bg levels too high at all But when I have it I like to make it last. It tastes soooooooooooooo good. Guest guest
And here I've been feeling sorry for all you folks on the east coast/south coast with your early heat wave...I don't do summers well. Here in Oregon it's been 55-60 for the last few weeks -- and I hope it keeps up. I hate hot weather!
