Sinus infection

Last weekend my son gave me a sinus infection. My mucus was clear/white but

today it is yellow. All week my left ear has felt like it has water in it.

Today it hurts when I blow my nose. It's been hurting all week when I press on

it but today I can't barely do that and barely stick my finger in my ear now. I

called the doc office the other day, the VA that I had a sinus infection but

they said I'd have to wait it out because there was nothing they could give me

for a sinus infection. I have had pain all through my face and head, arms and

legs, and neck. Will the ear pain end if I just wait it out like they said,

should I wait until it gets worse? I'm the kind of person that runs to the ER

too often. The office said if I get worse, I'll have to go to the ER because

there is nothing for months at the VA. I can't go anywhere else, no ins. I

don't want to give this back to my son, he has asthma too.
