Hi all,

Does anyone have any favorite books to recommend re: the mediterean diet? We

are purchasing books for our reference library in Cardiac Rehab. Our patients

are ages 40+ and most of the older patients love to garden. They need to be

easy for the patients to read, preferrably with recipes using easy to find

ingredients.
