I use my netipot twice a day and I love it I am rarely on antibiotics in the last 3 years, and it helps me sleep better along with my salt inhaler it triggers my sleep dopamine or whatever and I sleep through the night, the magic effects of salt and water .

I can say for myself that if I do the sinus wash when I start with a sore throat/increased drainage, I have fended off 2 asthma flares since January. Yes, its a bit uncomfortable for me, but the results pay off. I also agree with the author at the end where they say that the study was too small- they did 3 groups of 306 people in this particular study but thats not really a good representative sample of society. It is good though to see this getting some attention.

Yeah i use mine everyday during allergy season, TRYING to get my 8 yr old to but he wnt even try it LOL
