Lafayette Parish School System officials say tests at Plantation Elementary have found a potentially harmful mold in one classroom. The parents of two Plantation students say their children have tested positive for mold toxins. 's children - one first-grader and one fifth-grader - were being testing Monday morning after bouts with stomach aches and deep circles under their eyes. His fifth-grader also suffered a case of shingles, which is rare for a child that age, he noted.
