Guest guest
Yes I am low carbing. But I am also drinking a lot more water than one is expected to drink. 2 litres to be exact. I'm staying away from all red meat, but I have fish at least 3 times per week. Nuts and grains are my snacks, which is every 2 hours...1 cup per serving. Your 2 liters = only 51 oz. << I'm staying away from all red meat, but I have fish at least 3 times per week. You can take protein powder (only a few brands which are truly low-carb or no-carb) if you wish to avoid red meat (although I thrive on it). Guest guest
My 15 year old daughter is presently on 50 mg zoloft and we are in the process of weaning her off. Both my wife and I are extremely worried, concerned and frustrated because it seems after reading much about the negative side of anti depressants, our concerns are not being heard. Medical profesionals in most part are in denial and will not consider the posibility that ssri's with at least some patients can have extreme adverse reactions. My daughter has been taking zoloft for about 7 months now, the dosage went as high as 100 mg but has now been reduced to 50mg. Before that she was on paxil for approximately 2 years at 60 mg. Its only becoming clear to us now that ever since she started on ssri's life has become a living hell. We always attributed to her mental health deteriorating and the doctors would suggest increasing the dosage but now that we've been reading so much about the negative side effects it all seems to make sense. Before she started on ssri's she had mild anxiety and a learning disability however now (present day) we are dealing with a 15year old consumed with the thought of suicide, depression, very anxious, compulsive and mood swings. If anyone can offer suggestions we are desperate for a way out of this nightmare.
Guest guest
Hi Gerry, These drugs were never passed by the fda for use in children under 18 years old.60mg of paxil, what the hell was the doctor doing using her as a god dam experiment. I was on 20 mg and that was a nightmare. The poor kid doesn't know where the hell her brain is at reading your email just gets me so mad that they could do this to a kid and to swop her on to zoloft beggars belief. I am sure Cathrine may be able to help with regarding getting your daughter stable. Sorry i just can't get my head round some asshole doctor doing that to your daughter this stuff is all pure poison.I was just off to bed now i have to go calm myself down. Welcome to the group Hugs to you and your daughter Ros
