Guest guest
basically, from what I have experienced, and heard others describe, a big factor in how you react to mold is the amount of exposure you have gotten and what kind. Its called sensitization and once your immune system is overloaded, your tolerance to mold is used up. From that point onward, when you get exposed to even a small amount, you get much sicker than you would before. So perhaps people have a lifetime 'budget' of toxic mold exposure that their body can take and after they have been exposed to that, their body just says 'no more, I give up'
