Hi ,

Thanks for the info on Camphor; I'll check it out. It amazes me how many

different muscle rubs, sprays, lotions, ect there is out there for muscle pain.

I haven't tried very many but the Biofreeze works for me so I use that. I also

use Freeze It (WalMart's version of Biofreeze) when I'm out and don't feel like

making a trip to the Natural Health Center; the ingredients are the same but it

does not work as well.

When I got my TENS my pain Dr wrote a RX for it and sent me to a PT to get it

and get training how to use it; which is very easy. It does help somewhat when

my low back hurts, but doesn't do anything for my legs; which are definetly the

most painful part of my body. My neurosurgeon says its nerve pain; I really

don't know except that they burn, ache, throb and typically feel like they are

going through a meat grinder. No fun. Anyway, it's worth a shot trying the TENS;

a lot of people do get some relief. My PT uses one for chronic back pain and she

gets almost total relief of her pain while wearing it. It's definetly worth

talking to your Dr about.

Hope you have a nice, low pain day!

Hugs,

I will speak to my dr. about the tens unit. I'm so sorry to hear about your legs

hurting like that. Mine constantly hurt, but they tighten up and just ache. But

sounds to me like they are not near as bad as yours. Do you have Fibro Too ? I

want to ask you ..ok... when ,like, i have this appt. on Thursday i find that i

get in this mood..or..state..that i.m so tense. When i do this , I can't stand

to be touched, It physically hurts me.I guess, i'm just so tense. Tension is

very bad. I'm afraid they will say ..Oh you have Fibro...I hope not. I can only

lift my right hand about a foot.. Sorry, to ramble on..I hope you and everyone

here has a pain free wonderful day...
