I work with someone in SA with hoshi's... She goes to a place called Diabetes &

Metabolism Clinic . She has had a lot of success with them.

Which thyroid meds do these docs prescribe? Most endos are TSH-worshipping $ynthroid Nazis.

There are a couple of endos in SA who will Rx Armour or Cytomel: Fetchik and Akright.

You could try Bernice on Broadway, although I'm not sure if she's

taking new patients. You may get shunted to her new associate, and I know

nothing about her.

I put the phone number into Google and found their website. It is under construction and not very complete.

Of note was a reference to treating growth hormone deficiency. This could mean they may be thinking outside of the box. Anti-aging medicine?

It could also be akin to putting a "kick me" sign on their backs with regard to the Texas Medical Board. Docs who practice anything the least bit alternative need to keep a low profile.

Thanks to everyone who posted a reply to my question. I will investigate the

several doctors listed and see what I come up with.
