Guest guest
I was away all last week to a homeschooling conference in Tenn. It was great. But that made me miss out on how Hart's surgery went. I am sure it was already posted but if could e-mail me privately I would really like to hear your experience. I go Tuesday to see Dr. Levin for my consultation. I am getting so anxious. At my homeschooling conference on the last night they have a reversal choir made of with children born after the reversal and then they also have a reversal parade with women carrying the little ones. It was wonderful to watch. One couple brought out five children that they had been blessed with since her reversal. I got to talk with her afterwards. She was such a blessing. I am glad to be back on the loop and hearing from all of ya'll again. I will give a quick intro. I just joined the loop just prior to my Knoxville trip but I don't think I did the intro. We were married 17 years ago; 15 years ago God blessed us with a daughter the whole thing went so smoothly. I couldn't believe pregnancy and delivery could be so easy; almost 13 years ago we were blessed with a son but this pregnancy came with problems. I listened to everyone and had a tubal after all my family was complete. Right? Wrong. I just discovered tubal reversals last year. It has taken a year for things to fall into place to proceed. So I go for my consultation on Tuesday with surgery to quickly follow I hope. Thanks for listening I am sorry this got so long. Jane JAB00222@... Guest guest
I posted something earlier and it took a little bit for it to come up. I did get your story though. So glad everything went well for you. Sounds like you had a good trip. You made me less nervous about our trip scheduled in October. Thanks for sharing. Guest guest
Hello and welcome to the group. I bet right now you feel like you're the only one in that situation... well let me tell you, YOU'RE NOT. I was in the same situation as you and there are a few other women here to, some have already had their TR's some are still waiting. I had my TR done on 7/16 with Dr. Levin. If you haven't, check out his website and most of your questions will be answered there. Good luck and if you have any questions you can email me privately at renadi4@.... Take care, Elda Castillo > I am new to the group. My husband and I are considering a TR. This > is my second marriage and his first. I have two boys from my first > marriage (ages 12 and 8). Guest guest
Raw egg? Heck, that's nothing, try $#!% at midnight. There's a smell that just keeps on giving Janae , 8, ADD Jake, 5, autism ---- what I am hoping to find here is a group of people who understand what it is like to scrub raw egg out of the carpet at midnight
Guest guest
Physical Therapist! Raena, I've been trying to figure out " PT " since you mentioned it to me -- (my son) is on a waiting list for physical therapy, so I haven't learned that lingo yet! Anyway, I will respond to your private question to me about that being OK here - of course it is! You're not HERE as a therapist, you're here as a parent! Welcome, and I'm glad you jumped in. Guest guest
Hey everyone...this is Terry in Chattanooga. My new daughter comes home in 2 weeks. Most of you know she is on major meds. They stopped one (topomax) COLD TURKEY. I had no idea they had done this until she came home for a visit and her personality was so RADICALLY changed and she was MISERABLE (so was I). i looked at her meds and they had taken away the topomax with NO WITHDRAWAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH NO!!!!!!!!!! I was horrified and immediately called but I have no control until after the adoption goes through... I am very busy with a new 13 year old (does anyone realize how much STUFF there is to learn here about 13 year olds???? LOL!!! shopping for thongs and bathing suits...OH NO!!!) and I apologize that I have not kept up!! I have heard from Glitter a few times and try to glance at the list on occasion. I am doing well. Totally off meds and sleeping well 85 percent of nights. HOORAY!!! Hoping all of you are doing well and keeping off those drugs!!!!!!! (or getting off SLOWLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)... Later.
