With your Free T4 below the bottom of its range and your Free T3 quite low in its range, you may need an increase in your thyroid meds. While the saliva tests are quite good for cortisol, for thyroid, I would also like to see blood tests.

How are you feeling?

What reason did your pharmacy give for not making your meds and hormones? Are they no longer compounding?

Sorry, I misread.

You do need an increase in your thyroid med.

I would add that some folks do not do well on timed release meds.
