Guest guest Posted April 7, 2007 Report Share Posted April 7, 2007 If anyone else here is experiencing pain from muscular aches, or lockup like I am, you may want to go out and pick up some bulk DL-phenylalanine, which is useful in reducing pain. It isn't dramatic, and you need to take a lot.. (take it in the morning so it wont interfere with your tryptophan mentabolism) but it helps..
