Hi,

Just wondering what everyone does for pain relief. I think I have tried

everything and am to the point where it just needs to be controlled

(well somewhat) with medications. I've had spine surgery, 3-4 rounds of

PT, including the LifeBack program, many, many injections (ESI, facet

joint, SI Joint), chiropractor treatment,tried a spinal cord

stimulator, TENS Unit and many medications. The Lyrica really does help

with the Fibromyalgia and I'm very grateful for that. I've also tried

massage but as soon as it's done I get this intense burning/aching, so

I'm going to wait awhile befoe trying that again.

Any ideas would be great! Hope for a pain free day!!

Take care,

Hi again ;

Are you up this late? I usually sleep days and I'm up nights. For a

quick fix, if you have a point at your back or neck especially giving

you problems, I also use a Themal Heat pad at my L5-S1. Believe it or

not, it helps for a few hours!
