Guest guest
Kay, Oh my Gosh! I forgot you lived sooooo close to D.C. I send many prayers for everyone who is directly touched by this horrible tragedy and for all of us in America and everywhere in the world, who are shaken by this. I could not go to sleep for a while last night even though I was so tired. I can't even imagine what people are going through who have lost friends and loved ones! Glad had a much better day at preschool. Marcia Mom to Sara (DS) and 6 and Lucas

Guest guest
Hi Friends..........Gail here, from New Jersey, I was at Tara's school yesterday morning when this tragedy hit, my husband works very close to the Washington bridge, and saw all the military trucks and ambulances fly to NYC................ Since I am an X-ray technologist at 3 different hospitals.......I was " on-call " but I would have been last to go in, since I had all my kids at home, unfortuantely, I was not called in..........the patient load we were hoping for did not come in................... went to Mass last night...............just praying now............ Guest guest
To All, I am lost at words over what has happen in this country. I feel a tremendous sorrow from deep inside for all the families and people who have lost their loved ones. I can't imagine what those people went through on the airplanes the last few moments of their life. I feel so helpless here. I want to reach out to someone and help them in some way. I guess prayers will have to do. Maybe this will wake up a lot of our politicians. Guest guest
Hey All, Would love to be able to give you a detailed update of what we are experiencing in DC. But, that is not conducive to all of our best interests given that there are approximately 1900 members on this chatboard. Some are " Us " , some are most likely not " Us " , just monitoring the board. Just know this: We have made friends who understand the deception that has occurred over the issue. I am highly expecting a flogging in the towne center square. Sharon

**************************************
AOL now offers free email to everyone. Guest guest
Jeanine, DITTO, DITTO, & DITTO. So many of you, I know, feel the same. The TRUTH/proper diagnosis hurts us more then anyone will ever know and now we will pay for it the rest of our lives. Because there are many who should have known better refused to listen and treat us in the early stages. Now that the truth is known, as we've known it, may all the critics suffer financial loss/bankruptcy, the loss of all the support from their family and friends and that the truth will cause them as much pain as it has caused us and for the thousand who are still unaware or misdiagnosed. Guest guest
Thanks to Sharon and all others who are making the public aware of this issue. Some of us (me) cannot do what you are doing and are grateful that you can, and are. Hey All, Would love to be able to give you a detailed update of what we are experiencing in DC. . . . Guest guest
I've learned that the medical community and pharmacy industry views us as a " resource for income " and they become a parasite on our sick backs and congress looks the other way as they deliberately make money on our illness. Many but not all doctors do also..i.e. had no motivation except for money to go into medicine. You have to search far and wide for doctors that did go into the profession because they wanted to help people to get better, doing what they love and money comes second, but then your insurance won't pay for them. Unfortunately, I have learned that when I get sick or " sicker " I have to 'watch my back' for those who will try to profit from my illness and these people unfortunately **WAY** outnumber the people who are out there who willing to help you for a reasonable fee. What is even more surprising to me is that even though I have (had, will be the word soon I'm afraid) the insurance and money to pay for the " help " , because there is SO MUCH MORE MONEY on the other side keeping you sick!! This goes for Congress also. Of course we are paying their six figure income, their retirement benefits and much of their insurance premiums with our tax dollars but then difference, to the, is we don't have a choice. Of course we do, but we act like we don't, by not following their voting records and booting their ass out of congress when they do their own bidding rather than ours. They can tell most people are not 'minding the store', so they take advantage of that. I think Americans are WAY to busy shopping **on credit** than they should be, and not paying attention to things that really matter, what's going on in Washington that affects everything in their lives and their childrens' for generations to come. Oh well, this subject can really get me going so I'll stop here. Before I got sick, that used to be what I did on the internet, talk about politics, but had to leave that arena for others. --- In , " tigerpaw2c " <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > > Jeanine, > > DITTO, DITTO, & DITTO.
