Guest guest
Hi NH - Answering that question can be more elusive when you're working with *is* statements. If it's should/want/need statements, often that's easier to connect with whose business you're in - especially when you look to see if there's anything you can do about the situation. To open yourself up to an honest answer with this one, try working backwards from a belief about something else that you're not so emotionally involved with right now. The format of your current belief is: ______________ is ____________. So look at these others beliefs that fit that format and notice whose business you're in with them. - My mom is demented. - My friend is a loser. - My body is fat. - The sky is blue. - The news is stupid. Whose business are you in with each of those thoughts? Now look at yours again: - My physical limitation is a handicap. Whose business are you in when you believe that thought? ~Mona http://www.questionthemind.com <http://www.questionthemind.com/> _____ From: Loving-what-is [mailto:Loving-what-is ] On Behalf Of now.hawk Sent: Sunday, December 24, 2006 10:07 AM To: Loving-what-is Subject: Advice about the " business " question Hello, I would appreciate your help about this issue: I'm doing the 4 questions on: " my physical limitation is a handicap " . It question 3: how do you react... there is the sub question: " who's business are you in? " . And it is quite hard for me to respond honestly, clearly without just trying to be " a good student " . How can I get more insight about who's business is it? Thank you. NH.
Guest guest
i havent read all the posts but it seems to me if you did not create the physical limitation on purpose.. it would have to be Gods business. And i have also read we decide prior to our birth what we want our soul to go through ..not as a punishment but as a learning experience. and those who go through difficult tests here on earth progress more than those who have had easy lives. ... and i know that is a story.. Anyway we all have problems there would be no game to play on earth without problems.. love, roslyn -- In Loving-what-is , " now.hawk " wrote: > > Hello, > > I would appreciate your help about this issue: > > I'm doing the 4 questions on: " my physical limitation is a handicap " . > > It question 3: how do you react... there is the sub question: > > " who's business are you in?
