Guest guest
Here is a site you might want to check out. I haven't really gotten into it yet. I only just now located a homepage for it. It is the People's Medical Society. They are a medical consumer advocacy group. I'm not sure exactly what they do besides publish books, but I'm on my way to finding out. Perhaps those of us with blood sugar related problems can find a sympathetic ear here for all the complaints we share in common with each other. And maybe bend their ear long enough and strong enough to get something done. Their name came to me a few days ago. I remembered I had a book published by them. -- I know -- it was the thread about the letter to the Rude Doctor (Hypoglycemia group). I was looking for some kind of patient Bill of Rights. There is one (courtesy of the American Hospital Association) printed on pp. 110 - 111 of " Take This Book to the Hospital With You " ( Inlander, 1993 edition). Their web address is: http://www.peoplesmed.org/abutmenu.html in Constable
