Guest guest
Hi Glitter, I am on day 6 of fungal defence.I want to thank you again for saving me.I got kefir from the health food store because we had to go so far to get it we bought alot of it.My whole insides have been in flames and i couldn't work out what was going on as dr Rubin said kefir would not cause any problems. You mentioned in one of your posts kefir can be made with organic cows milk also ,so i ran to the fridge and guess what all of it was made with organic cows milk.I stopped taking it and the burning has calmed down a bit.I started making the smoothie with coconut milk and cream and raw eggs and flax oil and did not react the same.I am wondering if i am also allergic to goats milk because that's what i have been using in my tea and breakfast for the past year.I still get the burning but nothing like what i have been going through the past few days.I even considered it to be the fungal defence but since it's calmed down a bit.I know the culprit was cows milk.I now know for certain that i am allergic to cows milk i was never sure before because i couldn't pinpoint anything down. I am not allowed any fruits or grains or anything that would feed yeast just now. Thanks glitter Hugs Ros
Guest guest
I was anemic as a kid Cathrine The doc told my mum to feed me liver and oranges and gave me iron tabs.I just looked through all the last blood tests I had and my hemogloben was 14.1. Does that help any. Hugs Ros

I have some ideas about this for you. You may be one of the people whose digestion is so weakenedd that you cannot assimilate nutrients. If you don't begin to see some changes in a month we can assume this is the case. Don't worry, we can address this. Have you ever been told you were anemic?
