, anyone else I need advice

Hey sorry to keep sending. I sent this before but I am

just kinda wondering should I up my dosage or what

should I be taking? Is anyone else still dealing with

these effects after 2 mos?

Hey you asked me if it was my knees that

mainly pop. Yeah they pop alot but I've got certain

spots like my shoulder blade that clicks and pops

everytime I move it. My wrists, hips, and ankles pop

too. Though it's not as frequently. They mainly pop

when I'm walking if I'm in a chair or something I'm

fine. That psychiatrist I am seeing is not the one who

perscribed the drug. He told me that getting off the

drug cold turkey wasn't the best of ideas but I should

start to get better soon generally like 6-8 weeks. So

far he's put me on fish oil, alpha lipoic acid,

coq-10, therapeatic-m, acetyl-L-carentine, magnesium

and calcium. I took effexor again today and I've once

again felt a little nauseated and had a bit of a

headache but it seems to have gone away a little. I'm

still not feeling much of a difference. My main

symptoms are still weakness, muscle twitching,

scratchy throat, popping joints, back pains,

occasional joint pain, dizziness, fatigue, when I wake

up I find it really hard to go back to sleep, more

recently I've felt more flu like symptoms like body

aches and chills and one other weird thing that's

happened is teeth pain and this weird fuzzy/electric

type feeling in my forehead. Let me know what to do or

if there are any supplements you think I might want to

add and if anyone else has some suggestions or

something it'd be greatly appreciated.
