Unfortunately I can't explain it, but the 1,5 diabetic has often been mentioned

on this list.

But I'm sure that some of the 1,5's, or others that knows the 'definition' will

answer your

question when they read your mail.

A long time ago I read that a 1.5 diabetic was a black in the late teens

to mid 20's who mimiced a type I, but would never get ketones (even with

high blood sugar levels because they were really a Type II. Later on I

read another definition. I'd like to see the true definition if anyone

has it available.
