Proposed state budget cuts?

I spoke with my MHMR service coordinator and was told that it is proposed that

Health and Human Services be cut $85 MILLION - which means that my kids who have

been on the HCS waiting list since 2002 can just wait some more. I was hoping

that their names would come up before January just because I knew that the

legislature would be in session and this was a real concern. Of course they are

just getting started - maybe it won't be this bad or maybe it will get worse.

Anyone else hear anything? I can't even get a hold of my representative and my

senator referred me to someone else who's district I'm not in but did say that

yes that was a recommendation.
