One thing about the ginko is that ever since i started taking it i've

had what feels like air trapped in my ear. I went to the doc and he

said theres nothing wrong with it. So i figured hey if it can

restore receptors then who cares if its a bit uncomfortable, but i

haven't noticed much improvement with it and perhaps theres too much

oxygen.

i'll wait awhile cuz it takes awhile for ginko to leave the body.

and then maybe try one capsul a day of the N-O. i kinda feel like

i've been messing around though and maybe i shouldn't.

Same kinda thing when i tried St. s wort a couple months ago. I

took the lowest dose, 300mgs . and within a couple weeks i felt like

i was on a cloud. But i decided i had come so far and didn't wanna

take something for the rest of my life. also it seemed fake. Kinda

like a pain killer, and even though i felt GOOD, i still couldn't

feel pleasure or concentrate better taking it.
