To only miss 4 days which averages out to 1 day a week is an awesome accomplishment. Your body probably needed to rest on those days anyways. I don't do 21 day challenges because I know I need a day off from a strenuous workout each week other wise I burn out or get so tired that there is no benifit to it. I don't count my daily yoga as a strenuous workout because I use it primarily to relax and reduce stress. So here is a *hug* for your 24 out of 28 days!!!! Pat who has to get up off her (_|_) and go cycle after a terrible day of eatting. Gotta burn some of those carbs off!
