Ok, here's the latest - I just started taking the Isocort a few

days ago. I am up to 2 pellets. I took one at 9 a.m. and one just

now - it's 1:30 p.m. Yesterday, I did the same thing. I forgot to

take my last dose of Armour at 6:30. I rememberd at 11 pm and took

1/4 grain 0- because I read sometimes taking a small dose of Armour

will help you sleep, and since I skipped the evening dose, I thought

this sounded like a good idea. On top of my regular crappy

symptoms, I have a cold, too. So I am extra tired and just want to

sleep. I have sleep problems already. I took a Lunesta and got in

bed. I got in and out of that bed all night, get a drink of water,

then of course, in 40 minutes, have to pee. At some point, I think

it was 2 a.m, I took another 1/2 of Lunesta, still up and took the

other 1/2 at 5 a.m. I must have fallen asleep around 6 a.m. And

was back up at 8, stayed in bed, though, and finally got up at

11:30, never really falling back to sleep. I know sleep is so

healing. That is all I want to do, especially now with this cold.

My question is, is this the 'dumping' I have read about? Should I

stop taking some of my Armour? Do I need more Isocort? What really

is dumping and how would the isocort affect it?

I am investigating the tryptophan to help me sleep, along with some

other alternatives I was using last month. I think they were

working way better than the Lunesta I started last week.

Thank you all, for your help. I look forward to your reply.
