Hey Pat, it didn't tell me anything I didn't already know! LOL! Don't worry,

numbers mean nothing to me...well, unless it's money we are talking about!

LOL!! I'll try to pop in and say hey tonight!!

There is no need for you to apologize. It's MY fault because I should have

never removed the measuring tape from the trunk of my car! Anyway, I blew

the whole healthy eating thing today.....I ended up in a Soul Food restaurant

eating mac and cheese, green beans, fried okra, collard greens and

cornbread.....I feel SOOOOOO bad right now, but I need to learn to control my

eating habits. Having a computer generate arbitrary numbers and tell me I

need to see a physician ASAP is no reason to binge! I am taking full

responsibility for my actions. I'm healthier right now than I've been in my

life. I take pride in that.

Ok maybe posting the bodyfat calculator was not such a good idea. I didn't

want for people to do it and then get down on themselves. I just wanted

to let people know that this is by far the best one I have found in 4 years

of searching.

Please don't take these numbers as a life sentence. Print out the page and

stash it some where so a few months down the line when you feel like it you

can do it again and compare the results. I would go by the adjusted % as

being as close to your body fat % and I am not sure how they are figuring

how much weight you need to loose. Also remember that it might be the

wrong time of month to be calculating due to bloating or retaining water.

I always pick the Monday after I am done to do any measuring or at least 5

to 6 days, back to when I am feeling myself. The other thing is to make

sure that you click on the right activity level, even moving one level

either way would have changed the outcome

I posted this site because I feel it is a lot better than stepping on a

scale every day or even once a week. I feel it gives you a better over all

picture of your fitness level.

So I apologize to anyone that did the online calculations and got info that

they weren't expecting and if its bummed you out, then stop feeling sorry

for yourself, don't eat that ice cream, and get up off your butt and do

something! LOL ITS ONLY SOME NUMBERS!!! Only you know how you are

feeling and if you like how you look in your favourite clothes!

guess I have the phantom Fat too!

The food was better than good! A friend and I went to an outlet mall in

North Georgia on Saturday. The restaurant is very close, so we decided to

try it.

Actually, it turned out that it wasn't food poisoning because a bunch

of kids at the daycare my son goes to were sick last week. Jordan

probably carried the bug home, and I was the only one who caught it.

Jordan and Gilbert were fine!
