Great job, Caroline!!!!!!! I would try this now, but I'm afraid that if I

get bad results, I will have a MAJOR setback. Keep up the good work!! Are

you feeling better today?

Well, against my better judgement, I used the online bodyfat calculator. I

am sad to report that my target weight is 121.6lbs, so I need to lose

23.4lbs!! :(:( The funny thing is, in highschool I weighed 115-120lbs, but I

wear the same size now as I did then.

Well, I woke up feeling so much better. I hadn't taebo'd in 2 days, so I was

anxious to get back to it. Well, I found out what happens when you work out

too soon after you are sick.....I picked out the Get Ripped Basic Pink

Tape...made it all the way through and ended up doing my " cool down " with my

head in the toilet!!!!! AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE STOMACH FLU! More of a

bronchial thing.

I'm not gonna try again til Monday....I am very frustrated!

Caroline, who has a hard time doing nothing!

Well this is my bodyfat results. It was to be expected. My

my hands, 20- elyptical machine) AND I FEEL MAHHHHHVOULOUS :-)

Oh, Caroline! I'm so sorry. But your body does need time to recuperate.

TaeBo will be waiting for you when you're ready. :):)
