The Affordable Care Act has given CMS new opportunities to improve the care

delivery and payment system. The purpose of this listening session is to

highlight the important work CMS is undertaking around health care delivery

system reform, and to gain input from stakeholders.

We will spotlight three areas of interest:

* • The Accountable Care Organization Shared Savings Program

* • The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation

* • The Federal Coordinated Health Care Office

Following a brief overview of each of these areas, CMS will listen to your

input.
