Dracy,

I am so excited for you!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I will keep you and

your baby in my prayers. Please don't feel bad about losing motivation to

workout.... Believe me, it happens when you are pregnant! Especially in the

first trimester when fatigue and morning sickness run rampant! Just do what

you can! Remember you don't need to knock yourself out. You just want to get

the blood flowing! If you don't feel like Tae-Boing, take a nice long walk.

The good news is that energy usually comes back in the second trimester! I am

so, so happy for you!!!!!! God bless you, your husband, and your baby!!

Darcy -

Congrats on your news! I am so happy for you! Take care of yourself and

make your 'temple " a healthy, stress free environment. Don't worry about

taebo...it'll be there when you are ready. Pregnancy is only 9 months and

it flies by. Just enjoy every day of it!

Well, I have been tyring to hold off telling you guys this, but it

just isn't going to happen. I'M PREGNANT!!!!! I didn't want to say

anything in fear of jinxing myself so early in the pregnancy, but I

thought if I told everyone here, then that would be that many more

lovely people saying a prayer for me :) Not that prayers are

actually needed, it's just that I'm horrified of having a

miscarriage. I'm only 5 1/2 weeks along and can not wait until I get

past the first trimester so I know everything will be alright. I'm

usually not a worry-wart, but I'm definitly worried on this one!

Anyway, as most of you know we have been trying since last fall

(September) and have been temping and doing the whole nine yards in

order to conceive. I must say and admit, it wasn't a fun thing to

do!! All my other children from here on out are going to be pure

accidents....lol.. I just found out a week ago from today and have

been on cloud 9 ever sice :)

Now for the sad news....

I have ZERO (yes no) motivation to do Tae-Bo. Ever since I found out

about being pregnant I have forced myself through each workout. I

was hoping the doctor would tell me that I needed to slow down but

that wasn't the case! I think that I'm just so excited about being

pregnant, that it's hard to concentrate on much else. SO, I have

decided to cut back on Tae-Bo significantly and try doing other

workouts. I have officially cut back to 6 days a week starting

immediately and will eventually cut back even more, but for now I am

just taking one day at a time. My time each day exercising is also

getting reduced. The last two mornings I have not done Tae-Bo, but

have done other workouts. The first time in over 2 years that I have

not done Tae-Bo two days in a row - WOW, what a change! I am very

sad that Tae-Bo doesn't appeal to me and am hoping that the desire

comes back soon!! I think the main reason is just that I'm scared to

go full boar like I normally do and then it makes the workout a pain

in the butt to constantly be worrying I'm above my heart rate or

whatever. I have been doing less intense workouts the past few days,

and even with that, it's hard to stay motivated.

Sorry for such the long post, but I tried to sum it up as much as I

can. I'm very excited to be pregnant and will be here still every

step of the way. If you think of it, please add my baby into your

prayers that everything will be just fine.... I will keep you

updated on my progress...

Love and hugs to you all ;)

Darcy,

Congratulations!!!!!!, I'm so happy for you. I know you've been stressing

about having kids. I know your going to make a great mom. I will

definitely keep your family in my prayers. I know it's easy to say but

try to relax and enjoy this time. I wish you, your hubby and your little

one all the best.

As for Taebo, don't worry about that either. It will be there when your

ready to do it. Maybe it's your body's way of telling you that it needs a

break from Taebo. As long as your doing some type of workout it doesn't

really matter which kind it is.

Congrats again!!!

YIIIPPPPPPEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Another Tae-Bo baby on the way!!!

Congrats to you & hubby, Darcy!

Don't worry about the workouts, do what feels right to you. With

your hormones going in all different directions, things will probably

feel different for the next 9 months.

forthcoming, don't ask me how/why!

I KNEW IT, when I saw exciting news next to your name!!!

CONGRATULATIONS girl!!! I understand about not wanting to say

anything, but not being able to resist the urge to scream it from the

top of your lungs!!!

As far as your " sad news " (which I don't really consider sad), I

would do what you feel in your heart. However, you are very active,

and shouldn't be concerned about your level of activity during

pregnancy. Although it's usually recommended to decrease the

intensity of activity and avoid high impact activities, some women

continue to exercise at high levels of intensity until the end of

their pregnancy (just think of ). For others, it's a different

story (like me).

Anyways, I'm REALLY REALLY happy for you Darcy, and I wish I could be

there to give you a big hug or a high five, or whatever would suit

your mood today :-)

Ok, I tried to post a response to this before, and I did something

wrong I think, anyways, it didn't show up... so... here goes again

I KNEW it I KNEW it.... that was the news when I saw Exciting news

next to Darcy's name!!!

ConGraTulatioNs!!!!!!!

As far as the sad part of your post (? is it really sad considering

the news you got... i don't think so!), I would say follow what your

heart tells you right now. This is no time to stress out over the

fact that you're not as motivated as before! This is a time to enjoy

every moment, minute of your pregnancy (and privacy/intimacy LOL).

Just take it one day at a time!

I'm REALLY REALLY happy for you, and am convinced that you will make

a great mommy!

hi darcy! great big congratulations to you! i also stopped doing taebo

when i was pregnant last ... i did keep it up for a little while, but not

long... i just felt that it would have been too strenuous at the time...

besides, i was exhausted anyway! i do wish that i had been able to do

something though because it would have made my pregnancy easier i think...

so after a while try to get up and move around with activities like walking

or perhaps try some yoga moves designed for pregnant women. best wishes!

So you had a little intuition, huh??? How funny :) I actually

opened up one of my basic tapes a couple weeks ago and told my

hubby " maybe this means something " ...lol.. I hadn't planned on

trying them until I was preggo.. A couple days later my pregnancy

was confirmed :) Thank you Ann Marie for your support as well. I

know you've been here since day one that I posted about having

babies :) I remember well!!

Caroline, I think that's great that you enjoyed being pregnant. I

think I will be one of those people that enjoy it too. I'm really

Awww.. thanks Kerri :) I hope I'm a good mom. My best friend is

like super-mom and I will never compare to her, but sure hope I can

do a decent job anyway :) I am a step-mother so I do have a pretty

good idea at least for when they are older!! My step-daughter is 11

now, but I've been with my husband since she was about 3 (maybe 4)..

Wow, where does time go!?
