antiobiotics & antifungals & probiotics

My son was recently put on amoxicillin because

of a terrible double ear infection and a sinus infection that had him with a

high fever and both ears draining fluid/blood like crazy. I had no choice but

to treat with antiobiotics. Anyways, my question is, he is on Sporonox one

time daily. Since the antibiotic cancels out the antifungal and probiotics –

should I even continue to give the Sporonox? Should I dose the antibiotic in

the AM and PM and give the Sporonox in the afternoon – will that help or

even make a difference?

And what about the probiotics – do I

still give them as I was or is it a waste of time during the antibiotic

treatment?

Not sure on this stuff as it has been a long

while since we’ve had to do the antibiotic course.
