I would also like to say that Houston Fox reporter Greg Googan said it so

wonderfully " his family pays school taxes that is suing them " ... and sadly how

does this sound familiar that this family is home-schooling instead of having

their son receive terrible services then what they believed should be provided

for their son's future. Senator is right the school should man up/speak

plainly as honest Texans and say this is what I can provide and if it is not

good enough, then let us find a way to help your son. Suing Special Need

families is wrong ... terribly wrong
