Finally a positive outcome!

Every since the email rejecting my bill I have been in contact with the

CEO. Tuesay I participated in a tele-seminar/coaching program given by Pat

Katepoo, RD. After the conclusion of the program, I went to my computer.

Composed another email to the CEO. In this email I reinforced all that I

had been able to accompish in the four years of providing my services to the

facility. I had also addressed previous interactions between him and I with

him expressing his satisfaction with my services. I voiced my

disappointment in that he felt he did not need to pay for services rendered

and that this was unprofessional. I was stern, but never ugly. I was

factual and always professional.

This morning I received an email that my services will be paid and I will be

receiving a check for the final transition meeting.

Thank you all for your assistance and support. And I have to give a glowing

recommendation to Pat and her coaching.
