Hello peeps! I usually don't get on the computer on the weekends,

but here I am, avoiding studying for my mid-term that I have on

Tuesday. (hee!)

Menu for the day....

M1: 4 egg whites, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/3 c oatmeal

M2: 1/2 Myoplex, 1T Benefiber

M3: 3.7 oz salmon (leftover from last night, that's why it's a weird

amount), 1/2 c brown/wild rice pilaf, salad w/lowfat dressing

M4: 1/2 Myoplex, 1T Benefiber

M5: 1 c asparagus soup, 3 oz orange roughy, 1 c steamed cauliflower

M6: 2 lite beers (there you go Steve! lol)

Totals according to FitDay

Calories: 1300

Protein: 118g (37%)

Carbs: 100g (27%)

Fat: 32g (22%)

Alcohol: 23g (13%)

Going out with the girls tonight... one of my good friends just

broke up with her boyfriend of 4 years so we are taking her out

dancing to distract her (and drown her sorrows most likely). I am

pretty sure I am going to end up as the designated driver though, so

if that's the case, I'll be drinking Diet Cokes instead of beer. :)

Workout: back/biceps (planned this for yesterday, but ended up doing

a 60 minute cardio instead) + 20 minutes run/walk
