Peanut Butter Colored Poop

Hi All - Can someone clarify why my son's poop is dark-brown last week, and then a marbled peanut butter/dark colored this morning? His is on Fluconazole/Diflucan, so I'm confused. When the poop changes from light to dark, does this mean that the yeast is physically coming out (i.e. he is excreting yeast) or does this mean we have another yeast flare-up to deal with? Marisa
