Here is an example for this company's plan... http://www.trincoll.edu/NR/rdonlyres/6CC1DB25-532C-41DA-BF63-FEA0F3539ADA/0/ComparisonofBenefits2010.pdf Interesting that the High Deductible Health Plan is basically the same for deductibles.But Preventive visits are covered differently - although I guess that would change in 2011 with Obamacare changes such that prevention is covered fully. However, the Other POS plans would end up with a higher cost when seeing the doctor who is Out of Network.Aetna POS High Plan -- In-Net $200 vs Out-Net $400 Unfortunately, it seems like each insurance is so unique and different in how they handle In vs Out of network coverage - each patient would need to calculate their own costs based on their unique coverage.
