Guest guest
We love you, R -- choice. I wonder if its sort of a collective choice.. for example.. I hate to cook and tell myself and everyone i hate to cook and i cant cook. I made passover dinner and surprise surprise it was awful in my opinion.. so was it my thoughts.. or was it collective thought.. I think both. I have always believed im a terrible cook and so of course i have evidence. IS that because of a thought instilled in my brain at a young age i was not aware of at the time.?. oh well.. Was i programmed --my sister and my mother are both excellent cooks. Every year i dont cook the turkey enough. I wonder why? I am programmed to fail.. i suppose i should do the work. The dressing got so burnt i threw it out. The soup and potatoes were cold the matzo balls were hard as rocks.. and My neightbor had an electric saw cutting ceramic tile 2 feet away in his car port the whole time both Nights.. It could be funny if it wasnt tragic.. ok not tragic. Hubbard says you will have trouble with anything you take too seriously i take work and i take cooking seriously. Plus i affirm over and over i hate to cook. Im sure i was born on a weds.. Im still not on anti depressants but its depressing. I also took work seriously so now im not working. I also wonder why its so very easy for me to believe negative things and so almost impossible for me to believe anything positive. My hsuband says this is all in my head.. i know when food tastes terrible.. well it is all in my head now what.?? Do the work I have to go back to affirmations its the only thing that cheers me up .. love, roslyn In Loving-what-is , " Andy " wrote: > > > > > *****There ARE choices and decisions. Clearly.
