Guest guest Report post Posted July 27, 2001 I've been married for 15 years, have two daughters 10 and 7. I will be 37 on Sunday. I had a TL seven years ago, and my reversal on the 7/9/01. My TL was the cautery kind where I ended up with approx. 3 cm. on one side and 5 cm. on the other. Dr. L. gave me a prognosis of good to excellent for conception, even with short tubes left. I am looking forward to announcing a pregnancy real soon too. I appreciate the positive attitude that I have experienced with Dr. L. I was denied the surgery by another Dr. due to the type of TL I had - he gave me no hope at all. I would love to someday take a healthy bouncing baby into that Dr.'s office and say " Here's the baby you denied me " - but I won't. I'm just thrilled to have found Dr. Levin that gives women hope when they feel all hope is gone. Not only is Dr. Levin a positive encouragement, but I have found this support group also very encouraging. I was blown away to find so many couples in the same situation as my husband and I. In our own little circle of life, we knew no one that could relate to what we were and are experiencing. But now there are so many women here that are exactly going through the same thing, and we all can understand and relate to each other in so many aspects. I pray that you will be encouraged by what you read and experience through being a part of this support group. You're in GREAT company!
