This is from a Malpractice r in NJ.

Abandonment is the issue. We can’t, they

can. I read this as requiring any medical care or prescriptions (accept

those being abused) for 30 days. Most will not try to get treated by you

once discharged but there are probably a few that will push it out of spite.

Again, check locally. Apparently I also have to

provide free copy of medical records which I didn’t know.
