Guest guest
Hi Sune, I had similar sensatations in my feet and since my diabetes is regulated, nothing. My guess is it is related to the diabetes even if the drs don't know it yet.

Guest guest
Sune, you said that before, you had tingling in your hands, and the doctor suggested it was from using your keyboard too much, and/or from riding your bike. Your diabetes control has improved, and you now have less tingling. Are you also using your keyboard less - and/or riding your bike less? I'm trying to see what all has changed that could have improved the tingling sensation. Your doctor was suggesting carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms as being the cause. Tingling in hands or feet can also be an indication of neuropathy, which affects the nerve pathways. You can go to a good search engine such as http://www.altavista.com and type in: +tingling +hands +diabet* (the asterisk is a wild card). One site I found by doing that is the following: http://ucneurology.uchicago.edu/Neurological_Disorders/NeuroMuscular/Neuropa thies/neuropathies.html
