Guest guest
how much do you take? are you taking anything else for your adrenals - HC or Isocort etc? SB merritt wrote: I have been taking Symplex F now for a few months. I think I have felt a bit better being on it. Here is some info about it from Standard Process. Symplex F is a special combination formula containing ProtomorphogenT extracts from bovine ovary, adrenal, pituitary, and thyroid glands. The ovaries secrete several female sex hormones, including estrogen and progesterone. These hormones function in a feedback system balancing female sexual functions. Symplex F contains ProtomorphogenT extracts which are uniquely derived nucleoprotein-mineral extracts that support cellular health. Bovine ovary, adrenal, pituitary, and thyroid PMGT extracts help maintain the healthy function of these corresponding organs and glands. Did the adrenal stress questionnaire again, last done 18 months ago when it showed severe adrenal stress which was then confirmed by the ASI, and I have made very, very little progress, very slow healing, according to this questionnaire, comparing where I am now with where I was year and half ago. Only second day but temps are looking stable so far in the high 97's. Mo NOVA Counselling & Healing Services

Guest guest
The standard process for hypothalmus that I have been on are: Hypothalamus PMG-this one does help w/ insomnia, and inability to eother gain/lose weight, aids in repair of the gland and normalizes it's level of hormone output. Hypothalmex: This contains bovine hypothalamus cytosol extract and magnesium citrate to support the hypothalamus gland . If you go to Standard Process web site you can find the info sheets on most of their products. (once you know what product it is you want to learn more about) Jody > What is standard process for supporting the hypothalmus
Guest guest
I think since I have started the symplex F and supporting my hypothalmus, the issue of always being hot has eased up some. Ya I am so tired of always being hot and sweaty. Jody > > supporting the hypothalmus
Guest guest
Jody the GREAT news is since I have healed my adrenals MOST my heat intolerance is GONE! I am able to work comfortably in 72 degrees now where I always had to have it at 68, and my sweating is normal not the profuse stuff I used to have. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
I am on 20 mg HC and 2 grains Armour. I have been as high as 5 grains in July but because of a church camp and vacation and an illness I forgot a few pills herre and there and went down to 2 grains. Will work myself up much slower this time.. The bio-meridian testing shows I still need iron-so working on getting that up. I tested very deficient in vitamins and minerals. They have me on a few potent ones. My son and daughter who also test hypo (through the bio-meridian) also test vitamin/mineral deficient. I figure I have been hypo at least 16 years. So I guess it will take a while to get back to better health. I had an antibody test done and was told it was normal. Good Luck & Keep plugging along! Guest guest
I am a little behind on my reading so sorry I am posting this late but thought I would mention that vitamins are more readily absorbed with some good fats when you eat them other wise they don't get absorbed. Just a thought.
