Guest guest
I don't believe it is NOT the same kefir culture that you use with milk is the same for water kefir. You might want to be a bit careful of the animal rights people, you don't want them to hear that you are first freezing your pets and then getting them drunk! lol joe Hello, I tryed to put half of my kefir into sweet water : water with brown sugar .i tlook slke then alcool no tbad the tast but I ma wondering if the alcool does nto steralise the good bacterias and kill the kefir . I do nto see them proliferating like the other patch in milk. they look wired stressed out if not already steralised for good . I now take very little amount at a time in the idea to scale up very progressively .Thsi way it looks like I can handle it . Any insight please? Thank you Marie -- "Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R.
