Guest guest
Jodie, i'm so glad to hear you are making progress, it gives me hope. i struggled with doing the mms, it sounded dangerous. but so far haven't had a bad experience. i understand not being able to do one thing because of something else you are taking. i deal with that with the valium. i drop down to 5.75 mg. this week. getting down there. if i didn't have that do deal with i know i could move faster. but i did just order the herbs for the detox tea. seems since i started doing more things to help detox there has been a little improvements. also, with the little bit of mms, there seems to be the tiniest bit of difference also. haven't been consistent though because i've had some really hard days. hoping if i can get it together i will be a consistent, slow improvement. i started doing some transdermal along with the oral. want to get it into the bloodstream to see if it can catch some of the bart and babs also. maybe that is why i've been lazy about coiling. watching for herxes also. seems the detoxing is helping that. want to be more consistent on the coil also. is the only other thing besides mms is the homeopathic you are doing? if so, that is impressive.keep posting your improvements, i'm anxious to hear how you are doing. barbara JIm, I have to be careful with herbals with the homeopathy...But I am no stranger to them and have kept myself going with them in the past. Their is a lot of good info. here in this forum and I have a Lyme folder on my desktop and all important things go right into it!! When it comes time to going off the homeopathy I will def. take-up some of the detox protocols, binders and other great things you guys are using!! But for now.....I can't except nutrition (whole food-supplements. Ironically I was using a lot of different things people are using here.....just didn't know what I was treating, LOL! It was always trial and error before....the only difference now is at least I know more of what I am treating. My mom is no stranger to essiac tea....she used it after her radiation for her tumor. I do have burdock tea in my cupboard, but had it for other reasons. It's great to have u awesome researcher's here Take care, Jodie L. > > Hi Jodie L, > > Your dilemma is why we call ourselves researchers! > > Sometimes there is not an easy answer... Guest guest
Jodie, when i first went to a lyme dr he did a clinical dx because of my history and possible exposure. lyme and babs at first. 8 mo. on mepron and other stuff to help it, artiminisinin (sp??) etc, etc, plus abx cocktails for the lyme. after about 6 mo or so, my attacks only slightly decreased. i knew there was something else going on. researched bart, he agreed, did rifampin for 6 mo. herxed like crazy, that is it increased the " attack " symptoms, and fatigue. husband and i very sick, so we knew we had it. after 18 mo of abxs, i still had the attacks, they were just a little less intense. he and i both agreed, it was not working for me. he suggested the doug coil after i asked which one to get. though i have worked on it for 2 yrs, and herxed alot, i still have the same symptoms, just a little less. lab tests show i have candida, ebv, chlamydia pn. and mycoplasma ph. i have coiled for xmrs, myco ferm. and herxed on these too. oh, plus the lyme. because i herx with bart and babs, decrease the symptoms, but can never get over them, there has to be something else causing the attacks. i'm hoping, in time, the mms can make a difference. because even with a coil, i don't know exactly what/which i'm fighting and doing the most to me symptomatically. so you are not that much behind without the coil for knowing what you are dealing with. but from what i read here, many are in the same boat. there are just so many 'bugs'. do you get chills? i think someone said that babs does the chills. that was another things the dr said also, if memory serves--that was in 07. he said babs also has a cyclical element to it. one thing i have noticed, when on rifampin for bart and also when i'm herxing for bart, my hands and especially my feet are clamy/sweaty. other than that, there is so much overlap between symptoms it's really hard to know what you are treating/fighting. that's why i can't just choose to treat bart and ignore the babs. it get to sick if either get built way up again. and then there is always the candida that increases and causes more symptoms. somehow, i have to keep them each down, while i treat one, or both??? i think it sounds like you are doing the right things and that the mms is working for you. i don't know how you do it with a child with autism. we are each 63 and only have our dog to care for. my husband has lyme and bart, myco. pn, ebv, chlamyd. pn also. but his is heavy in arthritis. lots of pain and many joints deteriorated. i have noticed his memory and hearing are starting to be affected, unless it is by choice??? but he won't acknowledge it, it's a guy thing.. but i know he feels he has to take care of me first. i am so blessed. can i ask you about your son? how old is he and when did the autism start? did it follow a vaccination? i'm so sorry about this. i have followed the info on autism and vaccines for some time now and believe that most of it, it not all, are caused by them. how do you feel about it. don't have to go there if you would rather not. i know i just whine a lot, when i have no others to look after. then i read of others who have families and i stand in awe of those of you who keep going. i just remembered. in the 90's when i JUST had fibro, (which dr thought was probably lyme) i would get the racing heart once in a while. one time it wouldn't stop and headed for the dr. heart wouldn't stop racing, had trouble breathing so had to stop at the local fire dept. they put a monitor on me and called an ambulance. it finally stopped on it's own just before they were going to give me this med. that stops your heart, so they could restart it. they said it is scary for the patient!!! right. glad it stopped racing itself. i didn't have the bart or babs at that time--got reinfected in early 2000's. so, it could be the lyme for the heart palps. but again, there is an overlap in a lot of these bugs. personally, i think the sweating is our body trying to get rid of the toxins. just my thoughts. so again, it could just be the overload of toxins in us. i don't think anyone really knows which one or why. are you going to look into that detox tea? i'm going to try it. seems like i'm really looking into the detox now. i have gotten some relief from detox things. oh, i remember now, you can't mix the homeopathic with the tea. understand that. don't know if i helped or confused you more. i do that sometimes, well, maybe more than sometimes. so, let me know if i can confuse you more. ok.barbara Hi Barb, Yes homeopathy and MMS for now. I can't afford a rife machine....I have a son in treatment with autism, special diet etc. etc. etc. So nothing is simple. Even though I have made progress....most days it doesn't feel like it, LOL. I have a question about babesia....and/or bart. I do get a racing heart from time to time....and lately been breaking out with the sweats like crazy...You related that to babesia? I don't know what other LYME-specific co-infections I have......just know I have a ton of symptoms that seem never-ending and YES the mms surely makes some of them increase! Hang in their.....I know it isn't easy. The anxiety, crying spells and jumbled head....I get that often lately and its frustrating. I just keep hoping and praying what I am doing is working....cause that's all I got to work with. Guest guest
Hi Barbara and Jodie L, Please note, heart issues like racing heart are common Lyme complaints and are often helped with mag oil...
