Guest guest
I have it showing on my home page and have been keeping a eye on it. levels here through the winter have stayed between 40-50% all winter. it only got down to 20%(lowest was 17%) during the week where the temp's were below 20 degrees for several days and there was snow and ice on the ground.should of kept a daily record. anyway we had a few days of thawing but theres still some ice on the ground but mostly gone. we have had some very cold nights but days are back up to 20's+ and the mold count is slowing climbing back up regardless of a few cold days here and there below 20. count is around 37%. it took several days of below 20 degrees to make it go down to 17%. so, seems like it's pretty good at serviveing pretty cold temp's. maybe some types better than others. it got me to thinking about global warming and that maybe it is the cause of increase of toxic molds and more people getting sick from them. winter here are nothing like they used to be. we dont have very many deep freezes anymore. we used to get snow from november till as late as april and sometimes in april when I was a kid, and lakes used to freeze solid for several months. use to do a lot of iceskateing and building snowforts. this is the first year in several that we have had much snow and it's still nothing like we use to get.
