We Need Support in ALIEF if you can

Greg Groogan of Fox News 26 has done an amazing job of exposing the Alief 5th

Circuit case wherein the District is attempting to bankrupt an autistic family

at the tune of $200,000 to 1/4 million in lawyer fees, but WE NEED MORE SUPPORT!

Despite the 5 news stories, Senator condemning the lawsuit, and

community activists in Alief going to D.C. to " make some noise, " the Board isn't

hearing us! We need you to attend the December board meeting scheduled at

http://www.aliefisd.net so they can SEE that we're upset. I went to the 16th

meeting and almost no one was there. Greg was there along with Errol and

Bob the taxpaying citizen, but otherwise, the room was quiet. So, the Board

isn't taking anyone seriously. They refuse to answer or dismiss. They refuse

to answer questions and provide documents. IF YOU SHOW UP IN NUMBERS AT THE

DECEMBER BOARD MEETING, STANDING ROOM ONLY, I THINK THEY MIGHT " GET IT. " Please

consider supporting this effort regardless of where you live. THIS IS GOING TO

HURT ALL OF US if it turns out wrong. I believe the 5th Circuit will not bless

ALIEF's acts in any shape or form and the record factually does not support

" harassment. " But it might resolve little other than set a HIGH bar. PEOPLE ARE

SCARED. IT'S TIME FOR SOME TO STEP DOWN AND THEY WILL NOT DO IT WITHOUT YOU.

THEY AREN'T HEARING US. PLEASE SHOW UP!
