Hi J,Coffee enemas help me. I don't do the big ones, but the low volume ones, preceded by a handful of chlorella to bind toxins and metals.DMSO rolled on topically on the site of pain sometimes helps disperse the toxins causing it.Be well,Léna Hi, I have done some searching in the archives as well on this but would love any advice. I am still putting together a protocol, but decided to take grapefruit seed extract to deal with some candida. I ended up having a herx reaction - awful nerve joint pain on the left side, headache, etc. - and nothing I did helped it. I tried alka seltzer gold, epsom salt baths, lemon water, glutathione cream. Can anyone recommend what works for them to: decrease herx reactions (besides the obvious of not overdoing something :), and to decrease joint/nerve pain. Thanks! J
