She is going out of her mind trying to keep up with the MDS's along with some food service responsibilities because she is " the head of the department. " There is another facility in town with 150 residents that has one dietitian, 2 clinical DTR's, a food service manager(chef) and a foodservice DTR. How many residents is fair for one dietitian?
