Soy cheese recommendations

Since I know many people with AS are on non-dairy diets and some are also on low phosphate diets, I was hoping some of you could recommend a decent soy cheese product that does not contain phosphates. Any recommendations?

Unfortunately, nearly all of the people I know who are casein free are also soy

free because soy is usually a higher allergen than casein. Sorry! I know a lot

of people have recommended Daiya cheese, which is both casein and soy free...
