Guest guest Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 I am meeting with a 17 year old athlete tomorrow who used to see an RD to gain wt, now she is trying to eat better. she exercises 2-3 hours per day and wants to decrease her % body fat. currently being measured by her home scale (it would probably be more accurate for me to do skin calipers blindfolded). anybody have experience with those home scales? she doesn't want to lose wt, just get leaner. sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night and eats, also seems like she binge eats. wants me to come up with a wt training schedule for her and help with better eating habits. I pretty much have a plan of action, just wanted to get others thoughts and opinions who have experience with this population. Thank you.
